Introduce
The spray pipe is specially designed for all kinds of air conditioning spray room series of equipment, which water will be sprayed as small particles and evenly distributed mist water droplets through a variety of different specifications numerous nozzles, and the air flowing through the spray room is in direct contact with the air that is being purified while heat and moisture exchange, the air is treated to the temperature and humidity state required by the system, to meet the requirements of the process.
1. Structure
Composed of a horizontal pipe (i.e., a main pipe), a plurality of risers and a branch pipe connected with the nozzle, all of which are welded steel pipes, the main pipe and the riser, the branch pipe and the nozzle connection are made of pipe thread, and the connection between the branch pipe and the riser is welded. According to the needs of the layout of the air-conditioning room, its structure can be divided into four forms: upper water inlet, middle water inlet, lower water inlet and bottom water inlet, which can be selected by users.2. 1.1. Distribution density of each row of nozzles
That is, in the section area of the spray chamber, the number of nozzles per square meter of each row of spray pipes has four grades of different sizes
1.2. The overall dimensions of the spray pipe
Width B, i.e. the total length of the supporting angle (unit: mm);
Height H, three water inlet modes for upper, lower and bottom, height is the vertical distance from the center of the transverse pipe to the end of the riser.
In the centering water inlet mode, the height is the vertical distance (unit: mm) between the tail end of the upper and lower riser.
According to the air conditioning sprinkler chamber section B0 (clear width of the sprinkler chamber) and H0 (vertical distance between the bottom of the sprinkler chamber roof and the top of the pool).
1.3. Water inlet mode
It is divided into four kinds of upper water inlet, middle water inlet, lower water inlet and bottom water inlet (see Figure 1, 2 and 3) and is represented in words.
1.4. Nozzle model specifications
It is divided into three parts: model, nozzle aperture (unit: mm), and nozzle interface pipe thread specification (unit: inch), which are continuously written.

The Principles For Selecting A Nozzle Are:
For evaporative cooling, the water quality is cleaner, and the aperture is smaller; One-Armed Target Spraying Nozzle with less water volume are selected for larger distribution densities.
For contact cooling, if the water quality contains fine dust, choose a nozzle with a larger aperture and a larger amount of water spray. Choose a smaller distribution density.
Assembling Measurement And Requirement
1. For the inlet transverse pipe of the spray pipe, the short pipe with flange should be embedded on one side of the wall, or the hole of Φ240 should be reserved, and the channel steel should be reserved in the side wall on the other side ([80] when the size of the transverse pipe is DN10, [100] when DN12, [125] when DN14, [150, [18) when DN200 is used when DN22 is used, and [100) is used when the horizontal pipe is shelved.
2. The support angle steel of the sprinkler pipe is ∠50×5 and the support angle steel of the riser is connected with bolts at both ends of the spray pipe, and the ∠240×300 short angle steel with a length of <50*5 should be connected with bolts respectively, and the tail end is extended into the wall on both sides of the spray chamber and fixed with cement.
Non-Standard Specifications
Due to the various forms of nozzles used in the spray pipe, the performance is different, and the requirements for the amount of spray water in the air conditioning process are also different, when the user thinks that the performance and specifications of the spray pipe contained in this manual can not meet the process requirements, we can provide a variety of non-standard specifications of the spray pipe according to the user’s requirements, design and production.
